Upcoming Events

Following the Public Information Centres, the study team will:

• Meet with Island farmers to understand travel needs and characteristics
• Assess results of the Tourism Experience Survey
• Review and respond to all written comments and questions
• Refine the transportation alternatives, evaluate and select preferred planning alternative(s), based on analysis and consideration of comments received
• Prepare Reports: Existing Conditions and Transportation Needs, Transportation Planning Alternatives and Naval/Marine Architect Planning
• Develop a Concept Plan for the Preferred Alternative(s), including a Concept Plan for New Vessel(s)
• Continue consultation via the Study web site, email address and other notification of progress
• Notices will be placed in local newspapers to announce further consultation activities
